My base station sync up light is not working. No matter how I press or reset, reboot, no response at all, so I cannot sync up with my cameras. Can someone help me?

I'm not sure what you mean by "sync up light". This FAQ shows the different meanings:

None of my lights on my base station are working.

That sounds like the power supply is likely dead although it could be an issue with the base. Make sure the cord is fully inserted into the base connector. Use a voltmeter to measure the voltage at the connector - it should be 12 volts DC.
