Hi,

I'm using my Arlo base station + 2 cams without problems, but some days ago I found the poer led in amber status and also after a powerof/on and a reset, the status doesn't change; can you help me?

Thanks

Do you get frequent glitches in your power?  A UPS/battery backup for your base, modem and router can help with that.

I don't know... is this recoverable?

An amber (or off) power LED indicates a problem with the base or its power supply. A power glitch can cause the base to go into an unknown state but I'd think unplugging and plugging back in would clear the issue as long as no hardware damage was done. That's where the UPS helps since nothijngb actually loses power.

try a full reset;  Hold in the reset button for ten sec till the fron leds flash amber... let the base reboot ( a min or two )
