Since now yesterday (2/11/2018) The status of my arlo base is offline for no reason. So I cannot anymore see my camera. All connection is ok, all lights are green, I can ping from local network the Arlo base station, I have no problem to connect to internet and browse from any device; Also I did a restart of my router and all arlo equipment... with no success, always offline. It used to work well since last year with no problem, and my installation did not change
It looks like that my base is not recognize anymore in Arlo system. My Arlo base is a VMB3010.
Could you help me please ?

Hey @CHV,
Have you tried to power cycle your Base Station to see if that helps? To power cycle, unplug your Base Station from the power outlet, wait one minute, and then replug it in and give it a few minutes for it to boot back up.
