Arlo base station and camera lost sync few minutes after synced

Arlo system was working perfect for last 11 months. Then just few days ago it stops syncing. I have tried rebooted the base station,synced and stopped after few mintes. Then I disconnected everthing from system and restarted from the start. Even I have rebooted my router. Then same thing it stopped syncing few minutes after successfly synced. The app showes This Arlo devide is offline. I  make sure it is connected to the internet. It is connected to internet with cable. Power and internet lights  on base station are solid green. Please help me. Or is it defect? Shall I return it? Still within warranty.
