Om iOS, both iPhone and iPad, the Arlo app (latest version 2.7.13 from 26 July 2019), I can only see recordings from the current day, despite there being recording for previous days.
I can see all previous recording ok in a browser on a PC, but not via the app.
Contacted support a couple of times but all I get is to re-install the app, which makes no difference.
Can anyone shed any light on what might be going on? Is this a known issue?

Have you tried rebooting your iPhone and your iPad to see if that helps? On your iPhone, does this happen when you're viewing on WiFi and/or cellular data?

Hi JessicaP,
I can confirm that I've deleted and re-installed the app on 2 different devices and I've rebooted each device and it doesnt make a difference. Mixture of Cellular / WiFi doesnt matter either.
