Stopped recording at night and went offline. Later shows "connection to camera has timed out."

I have Arlo for less than 6 months.  At first it worked fine.  A few weeks ago it stopped recording at night, contacted support, their suggestion to set "modes" completely ineffective cameras stopped recording completely.  Yesterday all 3 cameras were "off line" by 9am.  I'm at work, can't trouble shoot it, go home re-add all the cameras to sync with the base.  Not long after that want to check their ability to record and they say "the connection to the camera has timed out".  I have not had 3 working cameras in over a month.  Don't waste your money.   Too frustrating to constantly climb a ladder to retrieve cameras and re-connect, change batteries, trouble shoot etc.

Less than a week since the last time cameras stopped recording.  Check my arlo app today and nothing has been recorded since 9pm last night on any of the cameras.  At what point do I return them under warranty for a refund?  They are truly a waste of time and aggravation.
