My husband and I have the arlo cameras. His app is working fine. My app comes up with notifications for movement but when I go to live view / devices or in to the library everything is blank. Have deleted the app and down loaded it again... done the obvious of testing all base station etc (Although it still works on husbands app) and checking wi fi settings but nothing. It’s strange as it alerts me of a notification/movement but when I want to view the device or video it’s empty. Have tried the online Help chat but each time I try I’m 27th in the queue and After half an hour the queue doesn’t go down.

Hey Gmchall,
What phone device are you using? Are you the main account holder or grant access user? Have you tried checking on the web client on your computer to see if you see devices and other recording devices?
