One of my cameras will not connect. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting and I’ve been on hold waiting for tech support for over an hour now. I have also submitted emails and they say they will get back to me in 3-5 business days and I’ve yet to hear back from anyone.

WHen trying to sync, you don't need the app or web client. Just briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it for 2 seconds. Then press the camera button. The base Camera LED should slowly blink green and the camera should slowly blink blue until connected, when both blink rapidly. Be sure that the batteries are fresh.

No. That method will not work. I need Techincal support to call me.

Guaranteed that they won't call you - you have to initiate the case.

And NEVER post private information online.

Hi asn,

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps that jguredat provided above? What other troubleshooting steps have you tried out?

Yes, I have tried those several times.  Have tried with battery, without battery, power cycled, etc....
