Arlo app keeps glitching and signing me out,

The app keeps glitching and signing me out, I forgot the email I use to sign into the app and don't have access to that email any longer, how can I change my email/sign in info so I can access my cameras?

That's a bit contradictory.  But you could try PMing @JamesC or @ShayneS , and see if they can give you the email address.  Not sure if they can - it might violate Arlo's privacy policy.  But worth a try.

Are you able to log in at all?  If you are, then it's probably simplest for you to remove the cameras and base from the account.  Then create a new one, using your current email.

 

What do you mean by "glitching"?

But you do need to be able to log into the app to use it.
