Arlo app crashes when selecting settings for Arlo light

Arlo app crashes when selecting the gear icon (settings) for an Arlo light.  Light works fine.  I have tried uninstalling the app and installing it, same problem.  Problem just started today, worked fine before.

I refuse to update to the new Arlo mobile app, way to confusing.

FYI, The app has supported both interfaces for 3 years now.  The one you see depends on how Arlo has your account set up on their servers.

They will migrate your account to the new interface at some point  - there is no way to avoid that.  Likely that will happen fairly soon.  Arlo really wants to drop the old interface.
