Arlo app base offline

I had problems making the base connect and show my cameras. Removed the base and tried setting backup. The base appeared to be connected and working but the app showed base offline. I had to push the reset button to clear configuration completely, then I was able to reload the base and then individually sync my Arlo cameras. I Also have a Arlo Q which synced after the reset automatically.
