Hello

I have an Arlo and Arlo Pro base stations that are not connecting after I changed to a Netgear CM1000 modem.

My router is an Eero, which was what I had installed prior to replacing my modem.

I deleted the Arlo Base Station after changing the modem, but am unable to reconnect it at all.

I've not made any changes to the Arlo Pro base stations.

How do I re-establish my Arlo base stations?

Why?   There was no need to do that, since the base was connected to the Eero, and nothing changed there.

What model base do you have?

I have a similar issue and also have an eero router. I’ve had my eero for 6-12 months and had issues with my Arlo not connecting quickly. But about a month or two ago my Arlo base station went amber. I logged in and out of my account, tried following reset steps, eventually deleted the base station from my app. I’ve played around with it this afternoon and it’s hard wired into the router but showing amber, the eero says it’s connected.

I have looked at all the support advice, but it never goes past the point of it never being able to connect.

There isn’t as issue with my internet or Ethernet or router, everything else is fine.

I’ seriously considering switching to another brand because this is ridiculous hard work, and it’s not the first time I’ve had issues.
