Often we receive an email alert up to several hours after motion is detected and recorded.  What is causing this delay and how can it be fixed?  This is worthless if the info is not timely.  Please advise.

A cloud update has been deployed that should resolve this issue. Please let me know if you continue experiencing delayed content.

Emails can be difficult because your email server and software aren't always constantly checking for new emails. Do you use the push notifications to your smartphone?

There are other strings regarding this same issue for 2+ months.  (I've had my cameras for almost 2 years and this just started.)  Perhaps we all post reviews on Home Depot and Best Buy sites for these items' issues.  Maybe Netgear will stop ignoring the tickets and correct problem.
