Arlo Wireless off line but Arlo Pros online

I have 2 arlo pros and 3 originals.
one day out of the blue the 3 originals went offline. no internet lost, no power out.
the pros work fine.
so I do the usual:
replace batteries
reset modem, router, try to rsync

still no luck

Just to be clear, You have already tried to open & close the battery doors on the wire free cameras?

correct. I'm usually good with these but lost here

Have you removed one camera and resynced it as a test?

It's possible that doing a factory reset (remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and set back up as new) may be the fastest resolution. Be sure to note all settings, modes, rules and schedule to speed rebuilding.
