Arlo Wireless base station third light orange

Arlo Wireless base station third light orange and does not sync with the camera. I reset, delete the app, resync, charge all the cameras. And still it did not work . I don’t know what to do. On my app there is no mode section. There are only devices, Library, and setting.

Go into your app. Remove all of the devices. Go to the devices tab. Add a device. Choose a base station. One you have claimed/added your base station, only then can you sync the cameras
