After installing the system the wireless camera was working fine via PC and via Android phone.  It still works fine on the PC but an hour later when trying to access the camera via android it starts prompting for a firmware update.  It says:  A firmware update is available for your device."  When you click on the Update button it appears to be doing something but it never finishes.  We have tried many times on two different android phones and the problem remains. No picture from the camera via android.  It continues to prompt for firmware update that never finishes.  Tried unstalling and reinstalling Arlo on the Android phone.  No go.  Tried logging out and back in.  Tried different accounts.  It is not account related.

The firmware update should complete automatically overnight. If you are having trouble completing the firmware update, it could be due to poor WiFi signal strength or low batteries. Consider installing a fresh set of batteries, and bring the camera close to the base station overnight to allow the firmware update to complete.
