Arlo wire free connection problems

I have 2 Arlo wire free cameras. H7 Hardware and firmware version 1.2.7730.

 

If I place them side by side one of them all ways connects and displays correctly on the cameras screen.

The other either connects (1/5 times) the rest of the time it gives me either: Request timed out, Unable to connect or a blured screen with the top third displayed ok and the rest a long smudge.

 

Both cameras have the latest firmware version as does the base station. I have removed and reconnected this camera withou any change to the problem. I have removed the batteries and let it sit for a minute before reconnecting it also without any change to the problem.

 

Any ideas what this coule be?

How can I get this camera replaced?

It sounds like you have already eliminated camera location as the potential issue (placed both cameras side by side with the same results). Consider contacting the Arlo Support Team for further investigation of this issue as it may be a problem specifically with the affected camera.
