Hi, one of my arlos went offline a few weeks ago, I just thought it had bad batteries. removed/replaced batteries, blue power on light comes on but when I try sync it I don't get any life whatsoever, no blue blink, no orange, nothing. I have restarted the router no avail. is it broken?

thanks.

batteries I put in to replace dead batteries were pretty well dead, got to point that the initial power on blue light wouldn't come on either. put in good batteries, back in business.

thank you.

If pressing the sync button on the camera doesn't get you a slow blinking blue LED, something is definitely wrong. It may be as simple as the button being slightly misplaced and wiggling or pressing harder may work or you may need to open a case with support.
