Arlo Wire-Free Camera "Unable to connect. Try again."

I recently installed 4 cameras and for some reason I  get the message "Unable to connect.  Try again." when trying to stream WITHOUT WiFi on my android LG G5 running android M 6.0 but on my iPhone 6s I have no problem streaming WITHOUT WiFi.  Both devices are on the same LTE network and are the same tier smarthphones.  Does anyone know how to fix this for my android device?  Please help!

Have you tried logging out and back in?  Also, reinstall the app.  ANy luck?

Camera is now offline, I have tried to sync it flashes blue then Amber and will not pair up with base? Can anyone help? Thanks

Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices. Open and close the battery door, making sure the batteries are actually good (no guessing allowed). Use the Add Device on the Cameras tab, choose the correct camera and resync.  Any help?
