I am newly installing my new system for the first time and am at the step where I am supposed to sinc each camera one by one to the base and none of the cameras are lighting up. Does this mean that all 3 cameras have dead batteries?

Make sure the batteries are good and being installed correctly.... when the door is closed you should see a blue led flash once....

Quick push on the base sync button and then the camera...slow blue flash to quick flash mean it sync'ed

See pic for battery placement;

Thank you for your response. The battery placement is good. Thanks for the pic. It helped confirmed. So my next step is to get by Batteries Plus this morning and get some new batteries 🙂

Before you spend money, reinsert the batteries without pushing them down. Let the battery door do the pushing. Do you get the single blue flash from the camera LED when you close the battery door?
