Arlo Wire-Free camera syncing problem

I am new to this product. I have the base station on-line. I've tried to sync the cameras, but just get as far as a blinking amber light. I can't get the cameras to sync. I'm stuck. Please help.

After the first two left most LEDs are green on the base, Quickly press the base sync button and then the camera.

A slow blue led on cam will go to quick blue flash and that means you were synce ( third led on base will go green too )

When not trying to sync cameras, what is the Camera LED showing - off or amber?
