I have tried all 4 cameras in the box and none of them will sync to the base station. I have tried multiple distances and elevations. I have measured the distances (currently 2 feet). I am not too close or too far. I have tried opening and reseating the batteries. The proper lights illuminate on the base station. When I attempt to sync the camera starts flashing blue then changes to orange flashing quickly, and the flashing light on the base unit speeds up some. I have pulled up my account and there is only the one base unit listed.

In other words I have gone through all the troubleshooting listed on the website, and the cameras will not sync.

I really wanted this to work. Too bad the execution doesn't equal the hype. Please help before I take this piece of junk back to get my money back.

There's a few possibilities that may help.  First, do a factory reset.  The exact firmware dictates the reset procedure - old firmware need both the reset button as well as the sync button on the side while new firmware uses only the reset button.  Start with the old procedure and press and hold until the LEDs start flashing amber. Start over.

The second thing is to ensure that when you press the Sync button to sync the cameras only press briefly.  A lot of folks have used a long press which doesn't work since it triggers a different operation.

It could also be a bad base.  You could exchange the system for another from the store or contact support for a possible RMA.
