ARLO Camera issue - day 1

I've purchased several base stations and cameras for elderly parent. Tonight I set up four cameras for a test, and already one camera is offline.

I've read several posts about battery issues, wifi settings etc.

The camera is four hours out of the box, and offline.

Sitting closer than the other three cameras to the base station.

Looking for thoughts on why this is such a common issue and resolution.

First, is it actually offline?  Use the app and a browser to see if it's related to the specific interface. Are there any videos showing in the library?  Can someone force it by walking in front of it? 

In the past, sometimes it helped to log off and back in.
