Hi,
We have two VMC3030 cameras and one is absolutely fine, and the other keeps losing connection.
Initially I thought it was the batteries, but yesterday I put some new Duracell batteries in and within a couple of hours had lost connection again.
I have also swapped the cameras over and the issue remains with the same camera so isnt the location of the camera.

We've had these longer than 12 month I believe. But I'm not totally sure.
I'm guessing if that's the case there's nothing that can be done?

Hi,
Bit of an update.
Even tho it is showing as offline on the app it still seems to pick up movement etc, just obviously can't show live camera views.
I know it foes this when it's pulling down an update. Could the last update not have installed correctly maybe?
