Arlo VMB3500 Base Wont Connect To Internet

I recently purchased the Arlo camera system with base VMB3500 with 4 cameras.  I have tried everything to get the base to connect to the internet and have been unsucessful even with Arlo support.  I have only the power LED lit green the other 2 LED lights remain amber.  I have opened ports 80, 123, and 443 on the router which is a Motorola SBG6580.  I have done a factory reset, rebooted my router, rebooted the base,  I have done everything!  Any one have any other suggestions?

Contact support via the bottom of this page. I believe a lot of people had issues with the VMB3500

I did and support wasn't able to help resolve this, they said that if rebooting my router and base didn't fix it that they would replace the base.
