Arlo Siren disappeared from iphone after wifi went down

The siren was available on my iphone as one of my Devices and I arranged it so that the siren is at the bottom and I don't accidently press it. Then one day 2 months ago we had a power outage for a few hours. After the power and wifi came back on the siren icon was not visible on my iphone anymore. I can see it in my laptop browser but not on my iphone where I need to see it. It is not practical for me to have it only on my laptop.  I unplugged it, pressed the sync button numerous times, reset it, tried add device on my iphone, nothing worked. It is like the iphone doesn't see it anymore. The siren is plugged into the wall for power and also plugged straight into my router. I have a iphone X with the latest IOS version. Any ideas? Thanks

As noted in other similar threads here, the latest apps have moved the siren location based on user feedback. On iOS it's now a gray bar near the top that you pull down to access the siren.
