When using my Arlo Secure APP v 6.0.8, on iphone 12 plus, ver 18.5, I can easily switch to full screen for each image shown in the "feed" mode. However, for about a month now, even before upgrading to this APP version, I have had problems swiping through camera images. While in "Feed," and NOT in full screen, I can scroll up and down through all the images. However, while in full screen mode (iphone is horizontal) when I swipe to next or last image, all I get is a black screen. If I tap on the black screen, I will get a small image surrounded by black; this image is 1/4th of the full screen size. While this small image is displayed (iphone is still horizontal), I can swipe both directions. However, I am unable to swipe to the next or last image while in full screen mode. How can I get back to being able to swipe left or right through all of the camera images? Thank you, any help is greatly appreciated.

Success! The App did require an update. I am now at Version 6.2.0 (9713), and everything seems to be working fine again. Note that one of the first things I did when I first encountered this problem was to update the App, and that did not correct the problem. However, everything seems to be AOH, fixed, back to normal.
Thank you for your help!

The above pictures are in order that they actually occur. The first is the image displayed when I select an image from the "Feed." The second is what is displayed when I shift to "Full Screen," which is normal. Next is a missing image which is a solid black screen which occurs when I swipe either left or right on the second image above. When I tap on the black screen, then I get the third image displayed above. I can swipe left or right on this image and the screen advance or goes back as it should, however all images are displayed at the small size shown; the images are not "Full Screen." I hope this gives you the info needed to solve my problem. I have updated the app, restarted my iphone, and I get the same results. Thank you, Bill

Have you uninstalled and then reinstalled the app. Not just removing it from the home screen but deleting it completely and then adding it back?

Yes, I tried to uninstall the APP (completely), then reinstall it, and I still have the same problem.

Sorry for the late reply; I did not see an email prompt telling me I had a message to review.
I am using an iPhone 12 Pro; iOS ver: 18.5 (22F76); Model MGK43LL/A; I can't find anything (even on web) about what firmware version I have.
Arlo: Version 6.1.2 (9617), Jun 5, 2025; FFmpeg License
That's all I can find. If you can tell me where to look, I will get more info.
Thanks, Bill
