Why is Arlo's billing department unreachable? My annual subscription is being debited from my account six months in advance, even though I've switched to a monthly subscription. I kindly request that the annual subscription be canceled and the amount debited be refunded, but I can't reach anyone, including anyone from Arlo. I keep getting sent from wall to wall, and I think that's a huge damage to Arlo's image. Ring is much better at that and resolves billing issues immediately. But with Arlo, everyone is unreachable.
