My elderly parents canceled their subscription many many months ago, on July 4 they were charged $215.88 and then again on July 5th another 3 charges came through for the same amount.  Meaning Arlo billed their credit card for $863.52 in a matter of two days.  They were directed to their Arlo account to chat with billing, upon signing in to assist them it shows NO PLAN, so we cannot do a live chat.  When I call a man answers without identifying ARLO and says he cannot help that I now must email their customer support.  What is happening here, you cannot get a proper answer from them, no online billing support and the phone number acted like it was a personal residence.  I am deeply concerned with what is taking place with potential fraud of many individuals.  We have disputed the charges with the card company while we are working on a resolution.
