Arlo Q won’t play recordings even though I get notifications. Will pop up and immediately go away.

My Arlo will alert me of motion was detected and won’t let me play the recordings. It pops up and then immediately goes away. I’ve updated the app, my phone, and restarted the camera. How can I fix it?

Try deleting and installing the arlo iOS app, that’s what I did. Just be aware that you will need to reload your login credentials so be sure you have them handy.
