The camera shows the last capture. Does anyone know where the capture is saved and how to get a picture of it?

Normally it would be found in the Library. Are you missing videos but still getting notifications?

There was no video. It was just the camera picture that I see when I open the Arlo app. The picture must be stored somewhere?

The thumbnail for the camera has to be stored in your account on the servers since the app wouldn't know about it until opened again.

Thumbnails are stored in the cloud. You need an active subscription to view these.

I still cannot find it in the library. it only stores the video. I can see the picture on the camera. It has to be stored somewhere??

It sounds like you are talking about the image shown on the camera icon on the devices page???
The simplest thing to do is take a screenshot of it.

It is the image on the camera when I open the App. before I hit the live view button. That image has to be stored somewhere for that to show on the App?? If I hit the play button, it will change to the current live view.

Yes, but not in the library. I don't know of any way to download it. So taking a screenshot is likely the best you can do.
