Arlo Pro Battery Life Warning With No Mobile

I have a problem with the battery warning indicator on the new APP. I keep getting low battery warnings (23%) on my camera when there is nothing wrong with the battereis. A simple removal then re-inserting the battereies clears the problem.


This has only started happening since the APP was upgraded to Version 2.71

when you pull the battery , you may be resetting the battery gauge, the only sure way to check would be with a voltmeter.

they are 7.2v packs so off charge they would read 8.4v or close to it

( prob close to flat at about < 6v )

Tried that and checked/ replaced the batteries but still getting the same issue. Only started happen with this new app version

Have you tried to reinstall the app? Are you seeing the problem when you're seeing this through the web client where the battery life is low?

If your using rechargable batteries, they are 3.7V, not 7.2V.
