Arlo Motion detection stopped working

My system is two weeks old.. It stopped sending push notifications (motion dection still worked). I uninstalled and reinstalled app as suggested. Now the cameras will not even detect motion. Thinking of returning and getting Piper NV.

Consider rebooting your base station. Allow the base to come back online with a solid green power and internet LED and try again. Do you still see the same behavior?
