So we have 8 cameras on our property (Arlo Go 2), and we have a Keypad sensor Hub for our main cabin. When we are there, we have it set on "STANDBY," and the problem is that all of our cameras stop collecting footage when it's on standby.

Is this supposed to happen? If so, how can we get around it? We need are cameras to stay on. We need them the most when we are in the building.

It is the default behavior for Standby.

Options are to

  • use Armed Home instead of Standby
  • edit the Standby mode to arm the cameras
