My Arlo HD cam has red screen. Tried opening the back. Tried disabling night vision, turning off, opening battery door for one minute. Nope

Normally that points to the nightvison IR filter being stuck.

 

You can try shaking the camera.  Some folks have found that putting a strong magnet underneath the camera lens will move it.  https://community.arlo.com/t5/Arlo/Potential-Solution-Red-tint-on-Arlo-camera-video/td-p/1694641
