Hi,

 

I have just setup extra Arlo cameras in my house and granted access to all the new one's to my wife. After doing it it seems that she has stopped recieving email notofocations completly. She still gets the pop up notification for motion detection for all the cameras including the new one;s but  emails at all. I am getting both of them. Any idea why this is happening?

 

I have done the following to try and fix the issue without any success :

 

1. Clear the cache on the phone

2. Re-install the app

3. Re add my wife to the Grant Access list.  

 

Can anyone advise if they have had this issue before and if there is any fix?

Mode tab, click on your base and edit your modes. All settings are in there.

Go back and check the email listings under each camera.. you can add an email even without sharing the cameras

( they are per cameras basis )

Thanks for the reply but I can't seem to find the setting in the cameras for email settings. I have attached a screenshot for reference. Can't see it in the app as well as the web portal.

It took some getting used to finding most settings are not in cam settings but in modes. Puzzled at first until started getting into the power of modes,  Actually pretty nifty.
