I am trying to connect my base...Followed the steps and have all green light on the base; indicating it’s linked to internet but when I follow the steps for set up on either my ipad or iphone it cannot detect the device...frustrating !

If you have 3 green LEDs, the system is already up and running. Is this a used system or are you on an account that was granted access?

Yes; I can see the three green lights on my base. This is new set up of an existing system; I moved from one house to another. And my issue is that I cannot see the base from my apps to start to set up my cameras on the new internet setup. Do you have a suggestion ?
