Arlo: Can't view muliple cameras in library

I have an Arlo with two cameras and basic service.  Both cameras are working but only one camera is being saved in the library.  What do I need to do to save and view both cameras in the library?

What mode are you using? In the cameras tab do both cameras show a black, not gray, running man? If not, that says the one with a gray man isn't active and you either need to change or modify your mode/rules. If you select the Armed mode, both should be black and record unless you've modified the rules to not do so.
