Not discovering my device or syncing camera

For some reason, when I go to sync the Arlo base station, it isn't finding it. It is also not synching the camera. Both lights are lit up on the Arlo base station as shows in the instructions and when I clicked "new setup", it did see I was on a wireless network and moved me to the 'getting started' section where I first have it discover my arlo base station device, and then select the camera for it to do the same there.

 

Help.....

Since you're apparently using the app, make sure you're on the same network as the router and base.  You might want to consider a factory reset (reset button until the base LEDs flash amber) and/or use a computer for initial setup.
