I've had four cameras for over a year and within the last 3 months(?) they stopped recording.  I have reset and resynced but they still do not record?  I've been reading some of the community comments and have tried everything and still no recording!  The whole purpose of purchasing cameras was to keep an eye on my property when I am not home.  Is there an software update that I missed or need to load?  Please advise.

P.S.  I am not 100% sure on the model, but I know they are wireless.

What mode is selected? Use the Mode tab, click on your base and verify which mode is selected.

jla3002,

It sounds like you are referring to the original Arlo Wire-Free system (from the length of time you have had the cameras).

If the appropriate mode is selected, as mentioned above, check your firmware. As of 12/8/2016 current base station firmware is 1.8.1.1_10234 and current camera firmware is 1.2.9901. Log in to your Arlo account and verify you are on the latest firmware. You can view firmware by navigating to Settings > My Devices > select base station or camera > Device Info > firmware.

Some users have had issues getting the latest firmware updates due to poor internet speeds. If you do not have the latest firmware versions, check your internet speeds to make sure they meet the minimum requirement.

I've seen this mentioned quite a bit on this forum. However it's worth noting the recommended speed of 1 Mbps is upload and not download. The firmware updates are a download.
