Arlo Camera showing offline. Tried rebooting and resyncing, etc.

So I bought my cameras June 2018 they have been positioned in the same location since I bought them without any issues except me putting new batteries in them my camera stay off line the one camera I rebooted and synced/unsynced and get it to restart it after a few seconds it goes off-line again I tried different locations I’ve been dealing with Arlo support since April 24 2021 of this year I don’t understand the problem and did they discontinue this camera?

AFAIK, it's not discontinued but it may have developed a fault. If bringing the camera close to the base still causes the same issue, I'd have to say you need a new camera.

Thanks so much and yes its right next to the base station same issue,  that's what I was afraid of , I couldn't truly afford them when I bought them and it helped so much with issues I had where I reside. Well I guess just hope for the best regarding security, I can't afford new cameras again. Thanks so much and I hope you have an amazing day.
