Hello, my camera lost night vision and during the day it constantly detects motion and is recording. I did not change any of the settings. Please advise. Serial No 4N71697F35729. I had the camera for repair already a year ago. Impossible to contact customer service. It seems Netgear is trying to avoid any customer support issues. Many thanks, CW

Chat is not available and the solution to all problems by calling support is to reboot everything, unplug everything, change batteries on everything, etc. No real help. Worthless, hard to understand people in BFE.
