Arlo Camera colour renders in red tone

I have 5 cameras but one has recently lost its natural color. It now renders in red tones. IN settings there is only the ability to adjust brightness. Is there a color adjustment somehow ???

No. You can open and close the battery doors which may jog the IR filter into proper operation. Otherwise, open a case with support here for RMAs or swap at the store.
