How to save a video permanently to use in Court Proceeding?

I cannot find how to save a video permanently to use in Court Proceeding.  Help,

On your computer, hit the 3 dots button under the video in your library and download it to your computer. Similar sort of thing in the app but obviously you'll be downloading it to your mobile device
