My cameras were connected and working perfectly until recently. As one stopped working followed all the instructions that i could find to resync including wiping the whole system. I have since rebooted and my base station and one camera have been successful. However, my second camera will not sync. I have replaced with new batteries but still wont sync.

There is no email contact - only chat and phone. If chat didn't work, did you try the phone?

Arlo is a scam. I have the same problem, called support and told me I had to buy a "bridge" for $100 and pay $50 for Tech support. Ask What was a bridge and when I would receive it? Tech said it was something he had to do on his end and he could do it wail we were on the phone. Seems like they want me to pay $150 for them to push a button to unlock the camera. I have 5 cameras, so if I have to pay $150 ea. time this happend I think I will start looking to a new video setup.

No, YOU called a scammer because you Googled it rather than using the Arlo support here:

Arlo has never chaarged for support.
For the OP, I would reboot the base again, open and close the battery door on the camera and verify that the blue LED flashes when the door is closed. The briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it - followed by the camera sync button. Any luck?

Thanks for your response. Green light on base station flashes,blue light on camera flashes but slowly, for some time, but does not connect. Thought the batteries just needed changing so put new batteries in. I just hope that the camera has not failed, as this is the second I have had. Had to return the original to Amazon after just 2 weeks.

Did you just briefly press the base sync button? If so, swap at the store or open a case with support.

Yes I have tried that and I have also tried support but can find nothing on this topic. Thank you for trying to help but I will keep the topic open for a while longer in case anyone else can help.

Thank you for trying to help. I clicked on your link for support. Could not find email address anywhere and when you click on live chat it just leads to a blank drop down menu. This is appalling and I would never recommend this system to anyone.
