Arlo base not connecting even though has power and internet

I have a VMB4000 base station.  I follow the instructions and get power and network green leds but cannot detect.

What have you tried? WHat do you see? Is the device you're using to claim the base on the same network (not cell service)? What color is the Camera LED?

Unplug all, plug in the etherent cable first and then power...make sure if you using a phone that you are on the same network as the base unit.

Try it on a computer with browser ( https://arlo.netgear.com/ ) to see if it's the phone or the system
