Arlo Camera Shows Offline

I have two Arlo systems, one pro and one with the lithium batteries (no sound). One of the cameras on the regular (not pro) system reads as offline when you go to view it; however, in the setup it shows connected. Also, if you put it into "position" mode, it is connected and shows live video. When you go to view in in regular mode, it shows offline. Thoughts?
