Can´believe my bateries are drained as soon as I put them in. Short circuit?

Tried 100 times write an email to Arlo. got through once and never again.

Can´t use my camera!

I had a case # 40977701 and was told to get an update, BUT my Arlo was already updated. I could´t get back to Arlo support!
