Arlo wire-free how to update it?

Does anyone know how to update camera's firmware.  I just purchased 2 cameras and one is working fine and the other one has a red exclamation mark and says to update

If there is an update available and you are able to manually update it, you will find the FW update here: Settings > My Devices > Select the Camera > Device Info > Firmware > Update.
