My camera turns off after a few minutes and says that's because it has "timed out."  Do anyone know how to prevent this from happening?

Many Thanks!

Bring it closer to the base and try again  If this works OK, it's likely the distance between the camera and base or something is interfering with the signal, like interference from another 2.4GHz device or walls, ceilings, metal obstructions, etc.

Can you clarify what you mean by "camera turns off"?

Are you starting a Live View of the camera that gets timed out? If so, that is normal, though I believe the official time out from Live View is 30 minutes, not "a few minutes".

If you mean something else, please elaborate.
